Any material supplied to LgoConsulting Ltd. for use in a template should first be checked to make sure that the person or company providing said material is authorised to use and reproduce it. LgoConsulting Ltd. is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from use of any material in any template.

LgoConsulting Ltd. grants an unlimited license to the company or person purchasing a template/report, to use and modify the template/report in any way they wish. This license is granted on intellectual property that LgoConsulting Ltd. own, and not any third party material where the license of that material remains.

Once a report, template or template pack has been supplied the customer can make five minor amendments within five days inclusive of the cost, beyond this charges may apply.

VAT is charged to European customers that cannot provide a valid VAT registration number. The VAT rate is the UK rate of 17.5%.

Payment for work is due upon order confirmation from LgoConsulting Ltd. You will be provided with a way to pay via Google Checkout. We can also accept PayPal or bank transfer.

Prices quoted will be in GBP unless we are advised by the customer to quote in a different currency. Our preferred currencies are GBP, EUR, USD.

Some templates will take longer to produce than others. We will advise you of the estimated work involved and lead time prior to purchase.
