Q: How do I purchase a Billings starter pack?
A: Click on the buy button and submit the form. We will contact you within 24 hours.
Q: How do I pay for a custom report?
A: Once we have confirmed your requirements, we will provide you with a cost, an invoice and a link to Google Checkout. You will be able to click on the link and pay via debit or credit card.
Q: How long will it take?
A: It depends. Once we have confirmed your requirements, we will email you the templates any time from 24 hours up to 7 days, depending on the complexity. If you require templates quicker, please contact us.
Q: How do I use the customised templates in Billings?
A: We will email you the templates, so the first step would be to save the zip file to your desktop. Extract the zip file and move the file/s to the following folder: Your User -> Library -> Application Support -> Billings -> Templates.
Q: I can't find the Billings folder.
A: The first thing to make sure is that you are in your home folder Library and not the HD Library.
Q: We have 4 Billings users, how do we share the custom templates?
A: The templates should be put in the same place on each users' machine (see above).
Q: Can I use these custom invoice templates on Billings Touch?
A: No, not in the current version of Billings Touch.
Q: Can you translate my invoices into another language?
A: No, we don't not provide a translation service.
Q: I want an invoice with an additional page for 'Terms and Conditions', can you do that?
A: Yes, we can do this, although this would be for a small additional fee. Please contact us
Q: I want to rebrand the current report, can you do this?
A: Yes, we can. If you contact us with your requirements, we will get back to you with a cost.
Q: Billings isn't working, I'm having problems with the Billings license?
A: We recommend contacting Marketcircle.
Q: Can I delete the other templates/reports I don't use?
A: No. Only custom reports can be deleted.
Q: Which version of Billings should I be using?
A: Minimum, Billings 3.6. Some reports may not work in the earlier versions of Billings.
Q: I've just spent money on Billings, why do I have to pay someone extra to customise my templates?
